Rip the Ripper Art Show

On January 23rd 2009 Powell Peralta hosted the Rip the Ripper Art Show. Initially created by legendary Powell artist and supposed recluse Vernon Courtlandt Johnson (VCJ), The Ripper became one of the most iconic icons of skateboarding through the 80s.
The show invited several artists reinterpret The Ripper. Take a look at the pieces in the show here.
French: Maid of Rats Exhibition, Copenhagen
Everyone's favourite death-metal illustrator and Vetika artist French had his Maid of Rats exhibition at the Force of Nature gallery in Copenhagen recently.
He popped over a couple weeks ago to borrow some prints for it, check out some more pics in French's blog here.

Faile - Lost in Glimmering Shadows

Just went to see the Faile show at a disused old school in Kennington. The space was amazing, the pieces were shown off beautifully. It was almost like you couldn't take a bad photo in there.
Take a look at the Flickr set here.
